I use memorable scenes and familiar plants from nature as motifs.
I create every day, hoping to create scenes that evoke a nostalgic feeling, or a worldview that is soothing, that the viewer feels as if they have seen something before, while each person has their own feelings about it.
I create my works using murrine (glass parts like Kintaro candy) made using the blown glass Venetian technique.
I cherish the warm, expansive scenery while taking advantage of the transparency and visual effects of glass.
